Returns & Exchanges
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the nature and fragility of our items we are unable to accept returns at this time. In the event of special circumstances, if we do offer a return there will be a 30% restocking fee based on the total amount of the order or item(s). The item(s) must arrive in original packaging and condition. The Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. *NOTE- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY APPROVED IN WRITTING BY A “TUC” STAFF MEMBER.

No, unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Shipping fees will vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout.
Shipping times will vary based on the distance between Nevada and destination. We process and ship out orders within 2-3 business days. Packages usually arrive between 5-7 business after shipping but may take up to 7-10 business days in some cases. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we have the same tracking information as the customer and are not responsible for delays which may occur due to the carrier. Due COVID-19 you may experience delays.
We ship via USPS (United States Post Office). When need we may ship via UPS or FedEx.
Once we have shipped out your package unfortunately we have no control or other information about your package. Please contact the carrier directly as you will be able to provide them with the best information related to your home delivery, this is the fastest solution.
Unfortunately we are not accepting international orders at this time and apologize for the inconvenience.
Any packages received back to sender due to incorrect address entered, the customer will be responsible for new shipping fees to have the package reshipped. We apologize but no refunds will be issued on returned packages.

Yes! Our crystals are consciously sourced from around the world with our customers needs and wants in mind. We are continuously seeking out new items to offer. We do our best to list in the description any crystals that have been dyed, heat-treated or are man made.
We continuously update our products to keep items as up to date as quickly as possible. If you seen an item that really speaks to you, you may want to grab it. Unfortunately some Out of Stock items may not return to stock.
