Smudging with Palo Santo Energy Cleansing Stick

Items needed:

Palo Santo stick
Abalone Shell or Heat proof container
Stand or heat resistance pad
Lighter or matches

Sagging your home using Palo Santo:

• Light stick using a candle or lighter
• Say intentions out loud or silently
• Start at front door and walk clockwise though the home/space with the palo santo allowing the smoke
to fill each space. Remember to hold your intention with you as you go though each space.

When finished place your Palo Santo stick in a burn safe container until the lighted end is extinguished.

*Always take caution when burning.
